THE GATEWAY


The proposed project is a mixed-use development consisting of retail, multi-family and owner-occupied townhome units. The retail building is suited for a coffee shop or other similar uses with a drive-through option and onsite parking. The multi-family building is proposed to have 3-story, 4-story and 5-story segments comprising of approximately 200 market rate units. The 2-story townhome units are proposed to have two and three bedrooms, all with garages, which provide a transitional buffer between the multi-family section and existing single family residential along Kopp Lane. The project will have onsite amenities including a clubhouse, pool and small dog park.

Form G will be hosting an informative open house for everyone in the Clarksville area to meet the Form G team, learn about this project and ask any questions you might have.
