Steven P. Shaffer serves Owner and Principal broker for Form G Commercial Advisors. Steven is very well versed in the local commercial real estate market representing both buyers and sellers of commercial property with a focus on national tenant franchise representation. Steven quickly transitioned to commercial real estate with a focus on national retail franchise tenants, landlord representation and retail investment properties. Steven is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Steven is on the board of Young Professional Networks at Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and a member of both the Kentucky CCIM Chapter and YREP Louisville. Steven is a graduate from the University of Louisville. Steven is Married to Kiana and they have two kids in Ezra and Cyrus.
