SUSAN tAYLOR

Chief Financial Officer

Susan has 26 years of experience in the financial realm. Her career began after graduating with honors from the University of Massachusetts. She then quickly earned her CPA License and master’s degree from Bentley College in Waltham Massachusetts. For the past 13 years her concentration has been in the financial management area of construction, development and leasing of commercial and residential real estate. 

In addition, she is accomplished in structuring and negotiating transactions and favorable terms with commercial and investment banks. Continuing to contribute, improve financial performance, heighten productivity and enhance internal controls, are her passions.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her husband, Andrew, their three children and pets.
